Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Hotel & Convention Centre was formally opened on 28 June 2006. As the only international brand luxury hotel & convention center in Tianjin, the hotel also acts as exchange platform of culture, science and technology, trade and commerce, investment, e-commerce, etc of orient and west. 
The hotel occupies an area of 60,000 square meters, with building area of 86,639 square meters. With complete function of commerce and residence, the hotel can provide guest rooms, food, convention, commerce and entertainment, etc. The Convention Center occupies an area of 15,660 square meters, which can undertake various large-scale activities, such as domestic and international meetings, exhibitions, culture exchanges, art performances and trade and commerce, etc. The hotel also has a building of parking with an area of totally 12,147square meters, with 400 parking places.
Location
The hotel is located in the commercial heart of one of China's best managed economic development zones, TEDA (Tianjin Economic Technological Development Area), with strategic proximity to TEDA Administrative Government and Tianjin Huana International Golf Club, which has 18 holes, with an advantaged geographical location.
 Tianjin Port (Northern China's largest port and China's second largest container terminal) and Beijing. More than 10 highways and expressways link TEDA to major cities and industrial centres in the northeast, south and midwest. Jing-Jin-Tang Highway closely connects TEDA with the Northern China's largest port and China's second largest container terminal—Tianjin Port, thus the transportation is very convenient. In addition, TEDA also has 10-odd overhead roads and speedways, which can reach major cities and industrial centers all of China directly.

Guest Rooms
The hotel has totally 542 guest rooms, including 458 Deluxe rooms；77 Deluxe suites, including one president suite and one chairman suite, thirteen Deluxe suites, 42 suites for long-lived guests, 20 open suites; In addition, the hotel also has five rooms for disabled and two executive rooms for female. You can overlook the city and street and green golf field in all rooms.
Deluxe rooms are spacious, with an average area of 38 square meters. The decoration is unique, and separate bath and shower stall in private bathroom. 281 Deluxe rooms has large size bed and 177 rooms has two beds.
In the 13 Deluxe suites, there are Deluxe living rooms and comfortable bedrooms, with an averaged area of 80 square meters. The area of the suites for long-lived guests varies from 60 to 90 square meters, in which 18 are connected, which can be changed to two-bedroom suite. Each administrative suite has complete kitchen facilities and bar desk.

The total area of the convention center is 15,660 square meters. The main body of the building is totally three stories, which can provide 26 meeting rooms of large size and small size, housing 10-odd to 1,500 people, which include 14 multifunctional meeting halls with the area between 33 to 102 square meters; can be separated to 6 conference halls, two large banquet halls of 1,056 square meters, located in the first and third floor respectively. The matching facilities for the conference rooms include:
300 inches projecting system, spontaneously interoperation, voting system, public-address system, stage lighting system, broad band and wireless internet, visual conferences, etc., which can meet the requirement of meetings and banquets of different forms and themes.

The hotel is the only conference hotel with international reporting hall/ performance hall together in the area of Beijing and Tianjin. The international reporting hall/ performance hall has totally three stories, housing 800 guests at the same time. It unique design style, and advanced facilities, include top class conference facilities around the world, e. g. projecting system of edge fused seamless connecting, spontaneous interpretation system, voting system, public-address system, voice echo system, film projecting equipments of stereo and broad screen, on-site video recorders, stage and lighting system.

Wanlixuan Chinese Food Restaurant will provide you specially Hong Kong style meals, with12 elaborately designed private rooms. The dinning hall can house 218 people at the same time. Operating time: 11:30a.m. to 2:30 p.m. , 5:30p.m. to 22:30.
