High lights in the International Mobile Industry Exhibition 2006
Thanks to correct positioning, full supports from the industry and persistent efforts by the organizing committee, the first International Fair on Accessories for Manufacturing Industry (Mobile) and Global Purchase (Tianjin, China) held in 2003 was very successful with participation of many mainstream businesses and companies. Again in both 2004 and 2005 the Fair had made sustained breakthroughs with its scales and grades enhanced. In 2005 it was granted with honorable titles of the “Most Influential Brand Exhibition in 2005 (Sector)” and one of the “Top Ten Brands in Tianjin”.
Based on successes of the former three Fairs on Accessories for Manufacturing Industry (Mobile) and Global Purchase, the 2006 International Mobile Industry Exhibition adapts to the industrial development trend, perfects and extends showcase ranges, increases domestic and overseas operators and value-added service providers, mobile phone dealers and etc. to provide a platform for the upstream and downstream enterprises to display their products, make purchase negotiations and communicate their information. And high value exchanges and negotiation activities will be organized, based on urgent requirements of businesses in all links in the industry, to promote sustained enhancement and development of the mobile industry. Such adjustments have been recognized by the industry and 80% of all the exhibition booths have been ordered by now. The followings are some breakthroughs in the exhibition:

• China Mobile, China Unicom, “TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance” with their China 3G standards and many domestic and overseas value-added application partners will all strike poses on the same stage; novel experiences of the China 3G application will unveil the secret face yarn and will be the focus of the industry and media in 2006.
• This exhibition has received full supports rendered by the Canadian Embassy, US Chamber of Commerce, Italian Chamber of Commerce, Bahrein Embassy and etc. and many enterprises from US, UK, Germany, Canada, Japan, France, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao have signed up for participation with great enthusiasm.
• The China Mobile and China Unicom cooperate with this exhibition, a strong-strong alliance, in planning the beautiful future of development in the Chinese mobile industry. Besides the cell phone manufacturers that have been participating in all the sessions of the Fair, such as Samsung, Motorola, Lenovo、CECT、VK、Haier、Amoi、LG IPO, etc. the “TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance” with its 25 members will all participate in this exhibition collectively to showcase their newest 3G products and the relevant technologies, including LG, Huawei, ZTE, Datang, Haier, Hisense, UTStarcom, Envada, Dbtel, Alcatel and etc.
• Designing businesses like TechFaithWireless、CECW, DCWireless-Tech, Shanghai Yuhua, Longcheer, Simcom, SUNPLUS and etc. have made decisions to be present in the International Mobile Industry Exhibition.
• OmniVision Technologies Inc., the largest independent supplier of the advanced single chip CMOS camera solution will lead several dozens of companies, including BYD、IME、A-ker、Sunny、Truly to be present in the exhibition collectively to show their newest camera/video phone module technology.
• The company of Fujitsu Limited did have a good harvest in the Fair 05 and this time it will be in the exhibition with its self-developed chips.
• Operability of cell phone value-added applications have been a focus in the industry and analysis made by industry insiders have indicated that involvement in the exhibition by many of the value-added service providers, such as Microsoft, Mammoth, KOEI, Peiyang of Tianjin Universit, Bianbang Soft, New Palm, Kongzhong.com, Guangzhou Fuhua and etc.,  will be necessarily another high light in this session.
• One hundred odd domestic and overseas media will cover and report this International Mobile Industry Exhibition, among which 25 are public media, 43 professional, 16 Internet and 16 foreign. Concerns by so many media will undoubtedly help exhibitors forge much stronger brand reputation and strengthen their prestige and influence!
• This exhibition will follow closely the mobile industry chain development dynamics, grasp the gestated hot spots in reforms to the China mobile industry, which is in a transition period, and make innovations and explorations.
