A. Decoration Regulation
For the best representation of the decoration, please follow the requirements. If any violation is found, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate the related activities.

Height
To prevent events that may hamper the order, the following height limits on decoration are in place.
For company only holding one stand, there is no decoration shall exceed 2.7m.
For company holding more than 2 booths, but less than 4, the height shall not exceed 4m.
For company holding more than 4 booths, the height could reach to 5m, but the booth design shall be sent to the Organizer.

Wall regulations
If walling or decorations are placed facing the pathway, they obstruct view, and may prevent exit from the booth in an emergency situation. As a principle, any walling should cover no more than2/3 of the booth opening. Those in booths near to the hall entrance, in particular: please take care to preserve a clear view.

Weight regulations
Exhibits with a weight of over 5T/㎡ must have a weight redistribution method in place. For the detail information, please contact the Organizer.

Decoration within the stand
a：Any decoration within the stand shall be cared by the Exhibitor. If any decoration company involves, Exhibitor shall apply to the Organizer with Application Form for Special Decoration, deadline for decoration plan and electricity need before May 10th, 2004

B. Limitation for decoration
All decoration shall be limited to the area within the stand.

Please notify that:

a：Roof and floor shall not be decorated
b：The construction work shall not damage any fire protection facilities or other facilities in the venue. Any damage shall be informed to the Organizer.

Remark: No items shall be placed besides the fire protection facilities.
Anchor Bolts
No Anchor Bolts shall be employed in the venue
No Ceiling Construction shall be carried within the booth

If any needs for ceiling construction for presenting outlook (light or heat protection), please contact the Organizer. The application shall be approved by the fire protection section as well as the Organizer.

Limits to decoration materials
a. Carpet and curtain shall be placed with a 'fireproof' label
b. All plywood and print-board must be fireproof, regardless of thickness.
c. If thick cloth or folded paper is to be attached to fireproof plywood, please use fireproof materials wherever possible.
d. When using exhibition platforms, flags, curtains, cloth, flooring (carpet, artificial grass etc.) or other inflammable objects, use objects which have been factory-treated to be fire-resistant. Fire-proofing on site is prohibited.
e. When un-fireproofed materials are used, objects by be torn down in a fire department inspection, or rebuilding ordered. Please ensure caution.

No electrical or gas soldering work or related fire work shall be allowed in the venue
No painting shall be carried in the venue.
Any decoration within the booth shall not be loaded exceeding 360KG/m2.
Any request for additional decoration time shall be applied to the Organizer in advance.
While connecting the electricity, please use the ports and notice that down wire shall be connected to the pipe while the upper one shall be hidden. The port shall be wrapped when close to the mental or ground. The creepage protector must be employed (provided by Exhibitor).
All packing materials, including cases, paper scrap, packing plastic foam, wood spill should be cleaned instantly. No stuff, such as packing case, shall be placed behind the backboard. The stand must be clean up whenever decoration and construction hours or exhibition hours by the Exhibitor. No pile-up or appropriate set will be allowed.

C. Electricity
Electrical Power Supply Primary Side Trunk Line Construction /ln-Booth Electrical Line Work
Power supply methods are as follows:

Caution Regarding Electrical Work
1.All persons carrying out electrical work must comply with related regulations while working.
2.Electrical goods used must carry the mark of approval given by the Minister of Commerce or the Minister of Economic Affairs.
3.Fluorescent lights and high-pressure mercury lights should be of high efficiency, with a condenser attached.
4.Use of neon devices is prohibited.
5.Use the correct fuse when inserting inside the booth switches, and avoid use of copper fuses, etc.
6.The wiring used for 100V light bulbs is diverged into a circuit for use of 15A and over, and a circuit for use of less than 15A. Please install a junction switch (cutout switch).
7.Do not pull or use extension cords with the wiring for fluorescent or incandescent light sockets. In addition, cords and wires may not be stapled to the walls. Always keep F-cables and electrical wiring in a shock protector tube.
8.The organizers take no responsibility for any damage to exhibits or equipment caused by electrical faults, power stoppage due to accident, or a drop in electrical pressure. Please take sufficient care to ensure safety precautions are in place during operation.
9.No sunlamp, neon lights or other high temperature lights shall be employed。
10.Fire protection department of PRC reserve the final check-out rights to the certificate of the lights.

No additional self-plug electricity shall carried. Any use of electricity and heat applications shall be prohibited. Any requests shall be inform the Organizer.

Electricity connecting board on the floor（380v） must apply for the specific connector plugs to the Organizer.
Remark： RMB500 for deposit
Electricity connector on the floor（380v, 220v） must apply for the specific connector plugs to the Organizer.
Remark： RMB100 for deposit

D. Web Lan Service
Web connectors are available in the venue. Any request for that, please inform the Organizer before May 12th, 2006.

Price standard for using web：
1、Wire web
Deposit: 500rmb
Each terminal and each ip 200rmb for one day
2、Wireless web
Deposit: 800rmb
Each terminal and each ip 400rmb for one day

E. Handling of Flame and Other Hazardous Items
Prohibited actions:
a.Smoking
No smoking in the venue
b.Flame using
No electrical or gas soldering work or related fire work shall be allowed in the venue.
c.Hazardous Items
The bringing in of hazardous items is prohibited.

Note a: Hazardous items shall be as the following:
Gasolene, Kerosene, working oiling, print ink, machine oil, lavation oil, animal or plant oil , and any kinds of oil.
Hazardous items category：（according to Fire Protection Regulations）     

Note b: any oil for cutting shall be water dissolved.

Any items that may arise flame（painting, olefin etc.）
