Note:
The application deadline for Facility Renting shall be made before April 15th, 2006.
All exhibitors shall sent the paper application letter for facility renting before deadline. Any other application shall be deemed as valid.
The facility renting procedure shall be completed before14:00 pm, May 17, 2006, the Organizing Committee shall shoulder no responsibility for guaranteeing the reservation.
Facility Renting Service during Expo Time: 14:00 pm, May 15th--May 17th, 2006.
A deposit will be charged when the exhibitor making the renting procedure. The deposit , 50% of the rental, will be refunded after the expo if no damages or mistakes of the facility are found.
