B. The exhibitor shall sign the Liability Agreement of Safe & Securityand shall specify a person to care about safety and security issues under the guide of the Organizer.

C. The booth decoration must be carried out under the guide of the Organizer. All specific decoration plans, including stand area, booth layout, decoration materials, electricity requirements and design proposal, must be submitted to reach the Organizer for approval ahead.

D. All electrical work shall be carried under related standard and technological requirements, and shall be taken cared by professional electricians. Temporary electricity must employ insulated cable. Lamps and lanterns as iodine and tungsten lamps, or apparatus as electric iron or electric cooker are prohibited. All kinds of floodlights shall be kept over 50cm from decoration items or display items. Any lamps and lanterns for specific decoration shall be approved by the Oragnizer.

E. No smoking and fire working will be allowed within the stand. Any use of fire facilities or tools shall be permitted by the Organizer ahead and shall be guided by the Organizer.

F. No stickers, posters, hangers or other materials shall be allowed to hang on hydrating facilities or any electricity appliance within the Exhibiting Venue.

G. No circling, blocking or transferring of the hydrating facilities and alleyway shall be carried out.

H. No chemical items, including pressure-filled container that may cause fire, explosion or any dangerous situation shall be brought into exhibiting area.

I. All packing materials, including cases, paper scrap, packing foam, wood spill shall be cleaned at any moment, and shall be removed to deposit place or out of the Exhibiting Venue. No deposit within the stand will be allowed.

J. The Exhibitor shall move in the Exhibition venue according to the arrangements and the workers enter the Exhibition venue within the time limits specified by the Organizer half hour ahead of venue opening-time. The Exhibitor shall leave the venue only after complying with the guards to cut off the electricity and to clear all waste stuffs that may arise from fire or other dangerous situation.

K. The Organizer reserves the right to take legal action on anyone who violates this regulation.
