Product Sale
Sale of product displayed within the booth will be allowed, but only shall be limited to the display items comply with the exhibition topic.

Remark：
Organizer reserves the right to stop any appropriate sale.
Any dissension arising from the sale shall not be responsible by the Organizer.
The Organizer undertakes no financial or legal responsibility for any type of risk concerning or affection the exhibitors or visitors, their personal belongings and exhibits. No personal or valuable items shall be left after closing hours.
Insurance of Exhibiting items
The organizer undertakes no responsibilities to any item damage or brigandage within the stand.
For Exhibitors with precious, they are suggested to take out insurance coverage and/or special security work.
Intermittence of show, presentation or other activities
Any show, presentation or other activities that may against the requirement or may affect the security and the order will be prohibited.

Locale broadcast:
No broadcast like people-seeking shall be provided during Exhibition hour（10：00－17：00）.

First aid
Any request for ambulance shall inform the Organizer immediately.

Within the venue：

CDMA common
Remark：As for above mentioned status, no electric wave disturbance arising from the weather has been taken into account.

Alternation on the information of this brochure ：
Any alternation on the information of this brochure shall be informed the Organizer immediately.

Cancellation of Exhibition：
The Organizer reserves the right to discontinue or cancel the Exhibition or the opening ceremony due to the weather or all kinds of Force Mjeure. Proportion allowance for exhibition attending expense may be cared if deemed appropriated and meanwhile the Organizer reserves extra money, but it shall not be liable for any further compensation to the Exhibitor.
