Brief Introduction to Forum and Seminar
1. The 2nd Mobile Entertainment Forum and Seminar of New Mobile Medium
With the increasing development and grandness of digital entertainment industry and popularization of wireless communication industry in China, mobile entertainment and various value-added services based on mobile terminal have been developing rapidly. In 2007, with 3G formally for commercial use, various and omnifarious mobile entertainment contents spring up like mushrooms, which has brought about the unprecedented business opportunities. Mobile television and mobile medium not only go deep into our daily omnifarious life, but also are shifting works, entertainments and life styles of persons.
To suit to this trend and guide mobile entertainment and new medium to develop healthily and orderly, with the cooperation of Organizing Committee of International Mobile Industry Expo and IDG International Data Group, “Mobile Entertainment Forum” will be held following the successful “2006 International Entertainment Forum” in 2006, and the “Seminar of New Mobile Medium” will be held in conjunction with it.
It is planned to invite high-level personages from seven fields for the delivery of keynote speeches, experience exchange and business talks. They come from:
- Operators: domestic and oversea operators including China Mobile and China Unicom;
- Platform and service providers: core module manufacturers including mobile phone manufacturers, mobile entertainment chip manufacturers, mobile phone module manufacturers and suppliers of mobile terminal hardware platforms;
- Terminal manufacturers: mobile terminal designers and manufacturers of mobile phones, PDA, portable media player, portable game players;
- Value-added service providers: value-added service providers of new mobile media and entertainment software platforms like mobile phones, PDA, portable media players development and mobile phone televisions;
- Mobile navigation providers: manufacturers and providers of mobile navigation software and hardware like those based on mobile phones;
- Venture investors: various venture investors concerning about mobile entertainment and new mobile entertainment industries;
- Advertising companies: advertisers and large-scale advertising agencies focusing on new mobile media.
The Forum and Seminar will sufficiently indicate specialty, internationalism, authority and prophecy.
